Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! You simply input the shipping destination in the checkout process and select the type of shipping you'd like.  Please keep in mind that shipping internationally takes a little longer.

Do I have to pay import duties or taxes? 

You might. It depends on the destination's customs regulations.  You may need to pay duties on your order once it enters your country.  This is not something I'm able to pre-pay or expedite through my business, as it's a shipping carrier and customs/border control requirement.

Can you make me a custom Quackpacker? 

At this time, I'm unable to make customized Quackpackers. If you have suggestions for improvements or changes, please email me at hello@swimwildwaters.com.

Do you accept returns? 

Yes, you can request to return unopened, unused products by emailing hello@swimwildwaters.com.  If the item has been inflated or used, it cannot be returned.  If you had any issues with your order, please email hello@swimwildwaters.com and we can figure out next steps. Please note that returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

My Quackpacker keeps getting tangled in my feet. What do I do? 

First, congratulations on being a kicker!  Second, you can play with the length of your tether. For some swimmers, it's most comfortable when the Quackpacker sits just farther than their toes, while others like it longer or shorter.  If you keep getting tangled, it's possible the tether is a little too long.  You can add an extra loop in your leash line and clip to that instead, and see if it works better.
